Built as a full-rim clean rectangle shape, the R225 uses stainless steel. Sizing works for either face. The 57-17-140 figures put the lens at 57 mm with a 17 mm bridge and 140 mm arms. The straight top and bottom lines cut against a rounder face.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. The wire rim holds the lens with less material around it.
