SF-1198T carries a rectangular front in titanium. Sizing works for either face. The 58-18-150 figures put the lens at 58 mm with an 18 mm bridge and 150 mm arms. The straight top and bottom lines cut against a rounder face.
Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Titanium fronts are usually built thin at the rim. The colourway is GREY GUN (colour code M203), gray frame.
