The Oslind is handcrafted from acetate, a plant-based material prized for its durability, lightweight feel, and rich color depth. Acetate frames are stronger than basic plastic and more comfortable for all-day wear, reducing pressure on the nose and ears. The material accepts prescription lenses easily, and the full-rim design conceals lens edges—ideal if you have a stronger prescription. The Oslind uses robust 5-barrel hinges, a premium hinge design that offers more surface area and smoother, more stable movement than standard 3-barrel hinges.
