These frames are made from cellulose acetate, a plant-based material that’s stronger and more flexible than standard injection-molded plastic. The full-rim rectangle shape (54mm lens width, 17mm bridge, 140mm temples) provides maximum stability for your lenses while the acetate construction keeps the frames lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear. Acetate is hypoallergenic and recommended for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies.
The SP4008 features spring hinges—a practical detail that lets the temples flex outward when you put the glasses on or take them off. This reduces pressure on your ears and helps the frames maintain their shape over time. The universal bridge design fits a wide range of nose shapes comfortably.
Available in Navy (400), Black Diamond (001), and Tortoise (240), each finish features a distinctive geometric pattern on the inner temples.
