Prada A09SF Sunglasses

The Prada A09SF sunglasses deliver bold Italian style through a confident butterfly silhouette and oversized proportions. Built from premium acetate in a full-rim construction, these women’s frames measure 55-16-145mm—generous enough for real coverage without crossing into unwearable territory. The shape sweeps upward at the outer edges, creating a face-lifting effect that works especially well on oval, heart, and square face shapes.

What sets the A09SF apart is the wide temple design featuring oversized PRADA lettering in contrasting finishes—gold on white frames, white on black, subtle tone-on-tone on tortoise. It’s a deliberate branding move that reads confident rather than loud. The 16mm bridge sits at a standard height, and the 145mm temples taper smoothly for all-day comfort.

Available in seven colors: crisp White with solid dark grey lenses, classic Black with solid dark grey, warm Cognac Tortoise with brown gradient, rich Mahogany with light brown, Briar Tortoise with polarized dark brown, Violet with light brown, and a second Tortoise with grey lenses. The non-polarized versions feature standard CR-39 plastic lenses, while the Briar Tortoise option upgrades to polarized lenses. Each pair includes 100% UV protection, and the frames are prescription-ready—compatible with single vision, progressive, and polarized Rx lenses.

Prada’s acetate frames feature consistent hinge tension, smooth temple flex, and lens retention that holds up to daily wear. The butterfly shape channels vintage glamour with clean geometry and that signature logo treatment—no excessive embellishment. These suit women looking for a statement frame that still pairs with everything from tailored blazers to weekend denim.
