Built as a full-rim rectangular shape, the PLD 6179/S uses acetate. The fit is cut for adult men. At 58-13-140, the lens measures 58 mm, the bridge 13 mm and the temples 140 mm. Angular corners give a rounder face a firmer edge.
The rim closes fully around the lens. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Acetate takes colour through the material rather than on top of it. The pair is built as a sunglass rather than a clear lens frame. Finish: Crystal (colour code 0900 C3).
Lens tint is blue polarized.
