Built as a full-rim butterfly shape, the PM6778 uses acetate. The fit is cut for adult women. At 54-16-135, the lens measures 54 mm, the bridge 16 mm and the temples 135 mm. The wing at the temple adds width across the eyes.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. A single bar runs across the nose. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight.
