The 0PO3381S is a full-rim soft oval frame in acetate. Nothing in the sizing is gender-specific. Measured 54-20-145: 54 mm lens, 20 mm bridge, 145 mm temple. The soft curve follows the cheekbone without a hard corner. A full rim holds the lens on all four sides.
