Built as a full rim circular shape, the OTP-188 uses stainless steel. Nothing in the sizing is gender-specific. Measured 51-20-140: 51 mm lens, 20 mm bridge, 140 mm temple. The circle keeps the frame reading light on the face.
The front is framed all the way around. A single bar runs across the nose. A metal front reads lighter than a plastic one at the same width. The colourway is OTP-188 BLUE SLATE GOLD (colour code M201).
