The 0ME4007 is a full-rim pilot frame in stainless steel. Sizing works for either face. Measured 76-00-120: 76 mm lens, 00 mm bridge, 120 mm temple. The tapered bottom gives a long face a stopping point. A full rim holds the lens on all four sides.
Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. The wire rim holds the lens with less material around it. This is the sunglass version of the model. The colourway is Matte Black (colour code 100187). The lens comes in solid grey.
