The MODERN KEITH Eyeglasses deliver classic square styling and practical features at a price that makes sense. These full-rim metal frames feature spring hinges and adjustable nose pads—two details that make a real difference in how glasses fit and last.
The square metal frame suits a range of face shapes, from oval to round. Available in three finishes—Matte Brown, Gold, and Antique Silver—and three lens widths (54mm, 56mm, and 58mm), you can find the size and color that works for you. The full-rim construction provides solid lens security, while the metal build keeps the weight down. Adjustable silicone nose pads let you fine-tune the fit to your nose bridge, preventing the slipping and pressure points that plague fixed-bridge designs.
Spring hinges aren’t just a nice-to-have—they’re a durability upgrade. The built-in springs allow the temples to flex outward past 90 degrees, absorbing the stress that would otherwise snap a standard hinge. If you’re hard on your glasses, or you just want a pair that won’t break the first time you sit on them, spring hinges deliver. They also provide a gentler, more forgiving grip that reduces temple pinch during long wear.
These frames are ready for your prescription lenses—single vision, progressive, or bifocal. Modern Optical has been making value-oriented eyewear since 1974, and the KEITH is a solid example of their approach: straightforward design, functional features, and a price that lets you buy a backup pair without thinking twice. At this price point, you’re getting adjustable nose pads and spring hinges—features often reserved for frames costing two or three times as much.
