The MJ857 features Maui Jim’s SuperThin Glass lenses, delivering the absolute crispest optics available in the brand’s lineup. These lenses are 32% thinner and lighter than standard glass while offering superior scratch resistance—a significant advantage for long-term durability. Unlike polycarbonate alternatives, SuperThin Glass provides unmatched visual clarity, though it’s worth noting this material is not available for prescription lenses (prescription wearers should consider MauiBrilliant as the closest alternative).
Every pair includes Maui Jim’s patented PolarizedPlus2 lens technology, which goes far beyond basic polarization.
