Every pair features Maui Jim’s patented PolarizedPlus2 lens technology, which eliminates 99.9% of glare while blocking 100% of harmful UV rays. Unlike ordinary polarized sunglasses that simply darken your view, PolarizedPlus2 lenses use a proprietary blend of three rare earth elements to enhance red, green, and blue wavelengths. The result is richer color, sharper contrast, and crisp detail in any light condition. The MauiPure lens material delivers optics nearly as clear as glass at a fraction of the weight, with excellent scratch and shatter resistance.
Available in four lens options: Neutral Grey (highest light reduction for bright sun), HCL Bronze (warm tint for everyday use), Blue Hawaii (blue mirror for intense glare), and Hawaii Lava (enhanced contrast). Each lens includes anti-reflective coatings on the backside to eliminate bounce-back glare, plus oleophobic and hydrophobic treatments that repel water, oil, and fingerprints.
