The L217 is a full rim rectangular frame in cellulose acetate. The fit is unisex. At 57-16-140, the lens measures 57 mm, the bridge 16 mm and the temples 140 mm. The straight top and bottom lines cut against a rounder face.
The rim closes fully around the lens. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. The colourway is tortoise.
