The KC1713 is a full-rim upswept cat-eye frame in cellulose acetate. Sizing is aimed at kids. The 48-17-130 figures put the lens at 48 mm with a 17 mm bridge and 130 mm arms. A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. A single bar runs across the nose.
Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. Finish: Pink Lemonade (colour code 2).
