The GEEK EYEWEAR 09 Eyeglasses bring bold style and everyday comfort together in a prescription-ready square frame. Built from handmade acetate, these unisex frames offer the durability and flexibility that regular plastic can’t match—acetate is stronger, more pressure-resistant, and built to last for years of daily wear.
With 15 vibrant color options ranging from classic black and tortoise to eye-catching two-tone combinations like black-green and black-crystal, the 09 lets you express your personality while keeping things practical. The square shape (54mm lens width, 17mm bridge, 145mm temple) adds definition to round and oval faces, creating balanced proportions without overwhelming your features. Full-rim construction means these frames work beautifully with stronger prescriptions, concealing thicker lens edges while maintaining a clean, polished look.
These frames are 100% optical quality and prescription-ready, compatible with single vision, progressive, and bifocal lenses. The acetate material is hypoallergenic and lightweight, so you won’t feel pressure on your nose even after hours of daily wear.
Acetate isn’t just another plastic. A cellulose-based material, it’s more flexible than injection-molded frames, which means better adjustability and less risk of breakage. The material is also scratch-resistant and holds its shape over time, making it a smart investment for anyone who wears glasses daily. GEEK EYEWEAR’s acetate frames are made through a multi-layer process—forming, cutting, and polishing sheets of material—which gives them superior strength compared to standard molded frames.
The 09 works for anyone seeking a versatile, affordable frame that doesn’t compromise on quality. The square shape flatters round, oval, and heart-shaped faces by adding structure and contrast. With a medium fit and unisex design, these frames suit a wide range of face sizes and personal styles. If you value durability, color variety, and the ability to switch up your look without buying designer prices, this frame delivers.
