Built as a full rim upswept cat-eye shape, the FE50153I uses cellulose acetate. Nothing in the sizing is gender-specific. The 52-17-140 figures put the lens at 52 mm with a 17 mm bridge and 140 mm arms. The raised outer edge keeps the face looking open.
The front is framed all the way around. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. The pair is built as a sunglass rather than a clear lens frame.
