The Elle EL13540 eyeglasses bring a modern take on the classic round frame, designed for those who appreciate understated style with a fashion-forward edge. These full-rim acetate frames feature a gently rounded shape that softens angular features while the structured temples—detailed with subtle metal accents—add a refined finishing touch.
Looking at the frames, you’ll notice the rich depth of the acetate construction. The blue tortoise variant shows a marbled pattern that catches light beautifully, while the gray option offers a sophisticated neutral tone. The tortoise colorway delivers warm, classic appeal. Each frame measures 49mm lens width, 16mm bridge, and 130mm temple length—a medium fit that works well for most face shapes.
Elle eyewear is manufactured by Charmant USA and uses premium cellulose acetate, a plant-based material known for being hypoallergenic, lightweight, and durable. The single-bridge design sits comfortably on the nose, and the full-rim construction means these frames are prescription-ready and can accommodate a wide range of lens types, from single-vision to progressive lenses.
The round shape has made a strong comeback in recent years. While traditionally angular frames are recommended for round faces to add contrast, round frames like the EL13540 excel at softening square or angular jawlines and adding approachability to your look. They’re versatile enough for both professional settings and casual wear.
These frames ship with a protective case and cleaning cloth, backed by Elle’s one-year manufacturer warranty. Whether you’re updating your everyday pair or looking for a second frame that balances style and function, the EL13540 delivers quality at an accessible price point.
