The Elasta 7162 Eyeglasses deliver understated style and reliable performance for men who value quality without the premium price tag. Built from durable stainless steel, these full-rim rectangle frames combine a professional look with the lightweight comfort and hypoallergenic properties that make metal eyewear a smart everyday choice.
The 7162’s split browline adds visual interest to the classic rectangle profile, while the slightly wider temples curve gently inward for stability behind the ears. Coated temple tips rest comfortably against the skin during all-day wear. The full-rim construction provides excellent lens protection and works well with stronger prescriptions, while the metal frame’s adjustable nose pads let you fine-tune the fit to your face.
Available in three finishes—Light Brown, Ruthenium, and Gray Pewter—across four sizes (52mm, 54mm, 56mm, and 58mm lens widths), the 7162 accommodates a range of face shapes and prescription needs. The rectangle shape flatters round and oval faces particularly well. These frames are fully prescription-ready and compatible with single-vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses, making them a versatile option whether you need distance correction, reading help, or multifocal vision.
Elasta, a house brand from Italy’s Safilo Group, has built its reputation on durable, comfortable eyewear for a mature, fashion-conscious audience. The brand’s signature flexible spring hinges—featured throughout the Elasta collection—are designed to withstand daily wear while maintaining a precise, comfortable fit. Stainless steel resists corrosion and maintains its finish over time, and its natural flexibility allows for thin, comfortable frame construction. For those seeking a dependable metal frame that balances durability, style, and value, the Elasta 7162 is a solid choice.
