EC404 pairs an upswept cat-eye front with half-rim construction in cellulose acetate. The bridge and temple lengths are set for men. At 52-16-135, the lens measures 52 mm, the bridge 16 mm and the temples 135 mm. The raised outer edge keeps the face looking open.
Half-rim construction holds the lens from the upper edge. A single bar runs across the nose. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. Finish: CLIP (colour code 080).
