Built as a full-rim clean rectangle shape, the AS5094A uses cellulose acetate. Bridge and temples are set for women. At 54-17-140, the lens measures 54 mm, the bridge 17 mm and the temples 140 mm. The straight top and bottom lines cut against a rounder face.
The front is framed all the way around. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. The pair is built as a sunglass rather than a clear lens frame.
