Built as a full-rim upswept cat-eye shape, the EL-494 uses acetate. The fit is cut for adult men. The 52-18-140 figures put the lens at 52 mm with an 18 mm bridge and 140 mm arms. The upswept outer corners draw the eye up and out.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. The bridge is one clean line at the center. Acetate takes colour through the material rather than on top of it. Finish: Tortoise (colour code 1).
