Built as a full-rim rectangular shape, the MOL522/SAM uses acetate. The fit is cut for adult women. At 55-16-145, the lens measures 55 mm, the bridge 16 mm and the temples 145 mm. Angular corners give a rounder face a firmer edge.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. The bridge is one clean line at the center. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. Finish: RED (colour code C9A).
