The VFI179 is a full rim squared frame in cellulose acetate. The bridge and temple lengths are set for men. The 53-17-145 figures put the lens at 53 mm with a 17 mm bridge and 145 mm arms. A squared front sits close to the brow line.
The front is framed all the way around. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Acetate takes colour through the material rather than on top of it. Finish: Black (colour code 0BLA).
