The TMUF003 is a full rim clean rectangle frame in acetate. Nothing in the sizing is gender-specific. At 54-17-145, the lens measures 54 mm, the bridge 17 mm and the temples 145 mm. The straight top and bottom lines cut against a rounder face.
The front is framed all the way around. The bridge is one clean line at the center. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight.
