The 55mm eye size fits most adults comfortably, and the spring hinges do more than just open and close. They flex outward when you need them to, accommodating wider temple areas and making the fit more forgiving if you tend to be hard on your glasses. That spring mechanism also means less stress on the frame itself, which can extend the life of your eyewear.
Stainless steel is naturally corrosion-resistant and hypoallergenic—good news if you live in humid climates or have sensitive skin. Monel alloy, a nickel-copper blend, adds flexibility to key structural points like the temples and bridge. The material’s flexibility makes adjustments easier for your optician.
These frames are prescription-ready and work with single-vision, bifocal, and progressive lenses. The full-rim design provides solid lens support, and the 55-16-140 measurements (lens width, bridge width, temple length) deliver a medium fit. Adjustable silicone nose pads let you dial in the exact position on your face.
