Built as a full rim pilot shape, the FT1338N uses acetate. Nothing in the sizing is gender-specific. The 58-17-140 figures put the lens at 58 mm with a 17 mm bridge and 140 mm arms. A pilot front pulls the outline downward at the outer corner.
The front is framed all the way around. A second bar crosses above the nose on this double bridge. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. The pair is built as a sunglass rather than a clear lens frame.
