The Costa Del Mar Whitetip Pro 9115 sunglasses bring professional-grade fishing performance to a medium-fit rectangular frame. Part of Costa’s PRO Series, these prescription-ready sunglasses upgrade the legacy Whitetip design with technical features tested by full-time fishing guides and tournament anglers: vented adjustable nose pads, sweat management channels, eyewire drains, Hydrolite rubber grips, side shields with hooding, and metal keeper slots.
The Whitetip Pro combines a fast, chiseled design with Costa’s signature 3-hole scoop venting. The vented, fully adjustable nose pads let you customize the fit while improving airflow to reduce fogging. Sweat management channels and eyewire drains redirect moisture away from your eyes and lenses—keeping your vision clear when you’re fighting fish in the heat. The improved Hydrolite nose pads and temple grips get tackier as they get wet, locking the frames in place even in rough water. Side shields with hooding block light leak, and metal keeper slots accept retainer cords so your sunglasses stay with you, not at the bottom of the lake.
The bio-resin frame is lighter and more sustainable than traditional acetate, with integrated spring hinges for all-day comfort. At 57mm lens width, the Whitetip Pro fits average-sized heads and offers maximum coverage with an 8-base wrap that reduces peripheral glare.
Every pair ships with Costa’s polarized 580 lenses, available in glass (580G) or polycarbonate (580P). The 580 technology filters harmful high-energy blue light and blocks yellow light at 580 nanometers, sharpening contrast and making reds, greens, and blues pop—especially over water. Glass lenses deliver superior optical clarity and scratch resistance thanks to mirrors encapsulated between layers of glass.
