Built as a full-rim pilot shape, the FT1249K uses stainless steel. The bridge and temple lengths are set for men. The 61-16-145 figures put the lens at 61 mm with a 16 mm bridge and 145 mm arms. A pilot front pulls the outline downward at the outer corner.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. Two bars sit across the top of the front. A metal front reads lighter than a plastic one at the same width. This is the sunglass version of the model. The colourway is Shiny Gunmetal (colour code 08A).
