Built as a full rim rectangular shape, the LZ ZS22522 uses acetate. The bridge and temple lengths are set for men. The 53-20-145 figures put the lens at 53 mm with a 20 mm bridge and 145 mm arms. Angular corners give a rounder face a firmer edge.
The rim closes fully around the lens. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. The colourway is Blue Horn (colour code 462).
