The Sferoflex 2263 eyeglasses bring together Italian craftsmanship and practical engineering in a square metal frame designed for all-day comfort. Built with a distinctive double-bridge design and full-rim stainless steel construction, these prescription-ready frames balance professional style with the flexibility you need for daily wear.
Sferoflex built its reputation on a spring hinge system first patented in 1941, and the 2263 carries that legacy forward. The flexible hinges allow the temples to extend beyond 90 degrees, adapting to different head sizes without pinching or creating pressure points at your temples. This self-adjusting mechanism means the frames stay secure during movement while remaining comfortable through long workdays or active schedules. The spring reduces stress on the frame itself, making these glasses more resistant to the kind of damage that comes from repeatedly putting them on and taking them off.
The full-rim stainless steel frame resists corrosion and rust while staying surprisingly lightweight. Stainless steel offers a practical middle ground between budget frames and premium titanium—it’s durable enough to handle daily wear, maintains its finish over time, and won’t irritate sensitive skin. The double-bridge design adds structural stability and a classic navigator-inspired look that works equally well in business settings or casual environments.
Available in four finishes—Silver-Gold, Shiny Gunmetal, Black Cocoa, and Havana—and two lens sizes (54mm and 56mm with temple lengths of 140mm and 145mm respectively), the 2263 accommodates a range of face widths. The square shape suits round and oval faces particularly well, adding definition without overwhelming your features. These frames ship prescription-ready, so you can add single-vision, progressive, or reader lenses to match your vision needs.
