Built as a semi-rimless pilot shape, the VPLG71 uses cellulose acetate. The bridge and temple lengths are set for men. At 55-18-145, the lens measures 55 mm, the bridge 18 mm and the temples 145 mm. The teardrop drops toward the cheek and narrows the lower face.
Half-rim construction holds the lens from the upper edge. A second bar crosses above the nose on this double bridge. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. Finish: LIGHT GOLD 08FE.
