The G689 is a full-rim clean rectangle frame in cellulose acetate. Sizing targets an adult male face. The 52-18-140 figures put the lens at 52 mm with an 18 mm bridge and 140 mm arms. The straight top and bottom lines cut against a rounder face.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. The bridge is one clean line at the center. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. Finish: Crystal (colour code 1).
