Built as a half-rim teardrop pilot shape, the SP0048 uses acetate. Sizing works for either face. At 57-18-135, the lens measures 57 mm, the bridge 18 mm and the temples 135 mm. The teardrop drops toward the cheek and narrows the lower face.
A nylon cord carries the lower half of the lens. The bridge is one clean line at the center. Acetate can be worked into a thicker front without adding visual weight. The pair is built as a sunglass rather than a clear lens frame.
The colourway is Grey/Monocolor (colour code 05A).
