Every ALIKA frame is fitted with MauiBrilliant lenses, Maui Jim’s most advanced lens material. These lenses deliver optics nearly as clear as glass with just one-third of the weight, so you get exceptional clarity without the bulk. The proprietary PolarizedPlus2 technology eliminates 99.9% of glare, blocks 100% of harmful UV rays, and absorbs high-energy visible (HEV) blue light. Maui Jim’s patented multi-layer lens treatment enhances reds, greens, and blues, revealing colors in vivid detail that standard tinted lenses simply can’t match. Choose from three lens options: HCL Bronze for versatile everyday wear, Neutral Grey for the highest light reduction in bright conditions, or Blue Hawaii with a mirror coating for style and performance in direct sunlight.
The ALIKA pairs a durable injected nylon front with lightweight titanium temples that anchor to the frame through those signature baroque hinges. The keyhole bridge adds visual contrast while the ceramic nose pads provide a comfortable, secure fit that won’t slip during activity. At 49mm eye size, 24mm bridge, and 145mm temple length, the ALIKA fits medium faces well.
