Built as a full-rim clean rectangle shape, the MW5022D uses cellulose acetate. The bridge and temple lengths are set for men. At 54-18-145, the lens measures 54 mm, the bridge 18 mm and the temples 145 mm. The straight top and bottom lines cut against a rounder face.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. Acetate takes colour through the material rather than on top of it. The colourway is Shiny Black (colour code 001).
