The Life Italia NI-134 eyeglasses are prescription-ready kids’ frames built to survive real childhood. Designed in Italy for children aged 3 to 14, these oval acetate frames feature Life Italia’s Multi-Flex hinge technology—a medical-grade rubber hinge system that flexes up to 270 degrees and springs back to its original position. That means fewer broken temples when your child inevitably sits on them, tosses them in a backpack, or twists them during play.
The full-rim acetate construction (44mm lens width, 16mm bridge, 125mm temples) provides a secure, comfortable fit that won’t slip during sports or screen time. The hypoallergenic materials are safe for sensitive skin, and the lightweight design reduces pressure behind the ears—important when glasses need to stay on all day at school. Available in three vibrant colorways (Navy Aqua, Royal Blue, and Pink Violet), each with color-matched temple straps for added security.
Flexible frames aren’t just a convenience—they’re an investment. Parents report that durable, flexible hinges significantly reduce repair and replacement costs compared to traditional rigid frames. The oval shape suits most face shapes and works well with bifocal or progressive lenses if your child’s prescription changes. These frames are compatible with impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses (recommended for all children) and can accommodate clip-on sunglasses for outdoor protection.
The NI-134 ships with a standard manufacturer warranty covering defects. If you’re tired of replacing broken frames every few months, Life Italia’s engineering makes a difference—the Multi-Flex hinge is specifically designed to handle the daily wear that comes with active children.
