The EC591MD is a full rim oval frame in stainless steel. Bridge and temples are set for women. The 49-20-140 figures put the lens at 49 mm with a 20 mm bridge and 140 mm arms. The soft curve follows the cheekbone without a hard corner.
A full rim holds the lens on all four sides. Nothing extra crosses the top of the front. The wire rim holds the lens with less material around it.
